A better day

Although physically, Steven had a little harder day today (his head hurt a bit, as well as his leg), we had a better day emotionally around here. Some things he did today: held his new baby cousin, practiced the piano, visited his grandma, played chess and an Ipad game with a school friend, had a piano lesson and started a new book.

  1. Good post! I like that one! I'm glad you had a good day Steven.

  2. Good for him! All of those things would have made me tired without chemo! I hope you don't mind, but I added your blog to my blog list so I can read up on how you all are doing. That way I don't have to bug my sister everyday!

  3. Dear Ones Who are Now in Our Daily Prayers
Thank you for sharing your life with us. I will be more grateful for normalcy whatever that is. I am learning that it changes all the time! I will also appreciate more getting to go out into crowds. Sometimes I just want to stay home, but now I will recognize that it is a blessing to get to go! We love you.

  4. Thanks for this blog. I love checking on you two. Steven, you ought to do a study about earthquakes and you and your mom could do a little fieldtrip to Christchurch. We have several every day. Steven would like the science of the whole thing.

  5. We think about you guys daily and so badly want to help out. I was thinking our sickness was all clear around here and that we were germ free enough to schedule a playdate for the girls and Andrew. However, Thomas came home from school with a sore throat and headache. I am so nervous about passing anything onto your family that I would like to wait until next week. Can we bring you dinner next week? How about Wednesday night the 16th?
