Thankful

The last few weeks have been so emotional for me, and frankly a lot of those feelings are sad ones. But the sadness is often all mixed up with overwhelming love and gratitude. So many people have reached out to us--from our dearest friends and family to people we hardly know. Each card, message, comment, phone call, meal, and gift just means the world to me. Each reminds me that we are not alone. And while I have so many things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving, I think I must say I am most thankful for the people in my life and for all you do for my little family. Thank you!

  3. Oh my...I was just reading to check in and see how Steven was doing...and saw this. Had the same thing just happen to a friend recently...39 weeks at about the same time in Nov. Takes the breath from chest. I am so very sorry.

  4. There are no words. Your previous posts made me bawl. My heart aches for you and the loss you experienced. I cried even more as I read about you receiving that piano. What a sweet gift. I was touched by the love that your family and friends showed you. You are (and will continue to be) in my prayers.

  5. I came here to try and find your number and saw this! I'm SO sorry Sonja!! My heart goes out to you!! I will pray for you and your family! I would love to hear from you when and if you can. We are in Utah and would love to get together. You can reach me on my cell, but don't worry about calling if you can't. My thoughts and prayers will be with you!
